xki8 Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our priority
xki8 believes entertainment is best when it stays within control. Our responsible gaming policy is always committed to keeping you safe and happy.
What is Responsible Gaming?
Responsible gaming means playing in a way where you remain in full control — financially, in terms of time, and mentally. At xki8 we do not just provide entertainment; we want to make sure every player understands and respects their limits.
Online betting and casino games are for entertainment purposes only. They are not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. Any bet can result in a win or a loss, and the house edge is always present.
xki8 always ensures an honest, transparent, and fair environment. By using our responsible gaming tools you can keep your gaming experience healthy and enjoyable.
Important Warning: Gambling can be addictive. If you feel that gaming is affecting your life or your family, please contact our support team right away.
xki8's Commitment: We only operate accounts for individuals aged 21 or above, and all financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Our Protection Tools
xki8 has several effective tools for responsible gaming. They are easily accessible in your account settings.
Deposit Limit
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit you will need to wait 24 hours — this is for your own safety.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a short break, you can activate a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time logging in or placing bets on your account will be completely disabled.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. Your account can be closed for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. The support team will help you through this process.
Betting History Review
View your complete betting history, win and loss details, and deposit and withdrawal records at any time. Stay aware of your own financial activity.
Session Time Alert
Get automatic alerts after playing for a set period of time. Set a reminder after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours so you have the chance to stop yourself.
24/7 Support
Our live chat is always active for any questions or assistance related to responsible gaming. Talk to us in Bengali — we are here for you.
21+ Age Restriction
xki8 strictly ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and play on our platform. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited.
Age verification is mandatory at registration. Age is also re-verified during the identity confirmation process before withdrawal. If there is any doubt about an account, we may request additional documents at any time.
If a minor in your home uses your device, please use a secure browser lock, PIN, or parental control software. This is for the protection of you and your family.
Age Verification Process
- Date of birth is collected when opening an account
- Identity verified using a national ID card or passport
- Accounts of those under 21 are automatically closed
- Immediate action is taken if a minor's account is suspected
- Accounts are verified based on reports from parents or guardians
Recognise the Warning Signs
If you notice the following signs, it means gaming is becoming a problem. Take action in time.
- A tendency to bet more and more to chase losses
- Hiding the amount you play from family or friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when not playing
- Betting with money set aside for essential expenses
- Taking out loans or selling belongings to fund gambling
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Repeatedly failing to stop despite trying
- Playing to escape stress, depression, or loneliness
- Staying up night after night to keep playing instead of sleeping
- Serious anxiety and tension due to your financial situation
Remember: If one or more of the above signs apply to you, it is not a sign of weakness — it is the right time to seek help. Talk to xki8's 24/7 live chat today. We are here for you.

Healthy Gaming Habits
Responsible gaming is not just about avoiding problems — it is a part of a positive lifestyle.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose — never with emergency savings or bill money
- Set a fixed budget before each session and stick to it
- Take regular breaks — at least 15 minutes every hour is healthy
- Resist the urge to bet more to chase losses
- Never play under the influence of alcohol or drugs — a clear mind is needed to make good decisions
- Gaming should be one part of your entertainment, not a replacement for spending time with family and friends
- Plan your wins — decide in advance how much you need to win before ending today's session
- Review your betting history regularly and analyse your own patterns
